Hey, I’m Kelsey!

I am the owner and main instructor here at Valor Defense Academy!

I am definitely not your typical firearms instructor. I am a woman who’s passion in life is equipping others with the knowledge and skill to be able to handle a firearm safely and confidently.

Our main goal is to provide you a safe and encouraging place to sharpen your handgun skills, no matter what they are. We want to be the premier place for beginners to learn fundamentals in a safe and controlled environment, and we want to be the place you keep coming back to, to continually keep your defensive pistol skills up to snuff.

  • Texas Commission of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor

  • Level 3 Security Firearms Instructor

  • NRA Certified Instructor (Pistol, Concealed Carry, Refuse to be a Victim)

  • USCCA Certified Instructor (Defensive Shooting Fundamentals, Conceal Carry and Home Defense)

  • Level 4 Personal Protection Officer

  • Range Safety Officer
